Hello, I’m Susie and I make small batch pottery from my home studio in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

I work with a variety of stoneware clays and hand paint my pieces using cobalt blue slip. I decorate my work with free-hand patterns and abstract brush strokes inspired by nature and the landscapes that surround me. My aim is to create pottery that is rustic and sturdy in form yet intricate and ornate in design. My work is designed for every day use in the hope of adding a little joy to daily rituals.

I sell my work at a variety of local craft markets as well as providing wholesale stock to the Weston Shop at Yorkshire Sculpture Park in Wakefield, West Yorkshire and various small shops across the UK.
